Teachers! Learn at your own pace with these interactive virtual courses. Reference your professional development throughout the year. Our efficient and supportive courses are available for the following programs: Launchpad, Countdown, Blast, & HD Word. Each Virtual Implementation Teacher Training contains five “courses,” that help prepare and support teachers for their implementation.
Course 1 – Self-paced modules – 2.5 hours of content
Course 2 – Self-paced modules – 3 hours of content
Courses 3, 4, and 5 – Self-paced modules – 45 min of content each
Courses 1 and 2 are designed to be completed before beginning instruction. Courses 3, 4, and 5 are designed to be completed after instruction has begun.

Playful and powerful evidence-based foundational reading skill instruction to prepare students for kindergarten.
Launchpad Quick Facts:
- Only 15–20 minutes a day
- Prevention: Pre-K whole-class instruction
- 28 weeks of playful, interactive instruction that establishes a firm foundation in concepts of print, phonological and phonemic awareness, and letter knowledge.
- Easy, ready-to-teach scripted lessons, with a combination of activities that can be taught “anyplace” and activities complemented by a colorful, image-based teacher presentation tool.
Countdown to reading success!
Playful and powerful scientifically-aligned foundational reading skill instruction for kindergarten.
Countdown Quick Facts:
- Only 15–20 minutes a day
- Prevention: Kindergarten whole-class, supplemental first instruction
- Intervention: RTI Tier II, early intervention for K–1, and intensive small-group intervention for emerging readers in Grades 2–3
- 28 weeks of playful, targeted instruction in phonological and phonemic awareness, letter knowledge, phonics, and high-frequency words
- Easy, ready-to-teach scripted lessons, complemented by a ready-made, colorful, image-based, animated teacher presentation tool

Blast Foundations Quick Facts:
- Only 15–20 minutes a day
- Prevention: 1st-grade whole-class, supplemental first instruction
- Intervention: RTI Tier II and III, early intervention for Grades 1–3, and intensive small-group intervention for emerging readers in Grades 3–5
- 25 weeks of playful, targeted instruction in phonemic awareness, letter knowledge, phonics, and high-frequency words
- Easy, ready-to-teach scripted lessons, complemented by a ready-made, colorful, animated teacher presentation tool
- Great for English Language Learners in Grades 1st–5th!
Bring words into high definition!
Powerful and mature scientifically-aligned reading skill instruction for the 2nd & 3rd-grade classroom.
HD Word Quick Facts:
- Only 15–20 minutes a day
- Prevention: 2nd & 3rd-grade whole-class, supplemental first instruction
- Intervention: RTI Tier II, fast-paced intervention for students in Grades 2nd-5th, 6th-8th, or 9th-12th who struggle with multisyllabic words and more advanced phonics skills but have mastered most basic phonics skills
- Builds on key foundational skills established in Blast Foundations
- 33 weeks of efficient, targeted instruction in phonemic awareness, phonics, syllable types, and fluency
- Easy, ready-to-teach scripted lessons, complemented by a ready-made, colorful, animated teacher presentation tool
